All first-time and all one-time cleanings are priced by the hour at $30/cleaning person plus $40 transportation fee. For instance, a two hour cleaning using a two-person team is $160.00 plus NJ tax

Every property is different but once you are on a regular schedule your Regular Maintenance cleaning price should be within the numbers listed below: (plus NJ sales tax)
Studio…………………………………………..$75 – $85 (up to 600 sq ft)
1 bed, 1 bath, living & dining room, kitchen $90 – $100 (up to 750 sq ft)
2 bed, 1 bath, living & dining room, kitchen $100 – $110 (up to 1,000 sq ft)
2 bed, 2 bath, living & dining room, kitchen $110 – $120 (up to 1,250 sq ft)
3 bed, 2 bath, living & dining room, kitchen $120 – $130 (up to 1,500 sq ft)
3 bed, 3 bath, living & dining room, kitchen $140 – $150 (up to 2,000 sq ft)
4 bed, 3 bath, living & dining room, kitchen $150 – $170 (up to 2,500 sq ft)
4 bed, 4 bath, living & dining room, kitchen $170 – $200 (up to 3,000 sq ft)
These estimated prices include our transportation to your place, insurance, cleaning equipment, cleaning supplies and our labor.
Regular Maintenance Cleaning includes:
1. Vacuuming of all carpets and rugs.
2. Vacuuming and cleaning of all hard surface floors.
3. Dusting furniture, woodwork, sills, ledges, ceiling fans and wall hangings, window blinds.
4. Cleaning and disinfecting doorknobs, and light switches.
5. Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including fixtures, cabinets, countertops and floors.
6. Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen, including sinks, appliance exteriors, counter tops, items on counter tops, cabinet fronts, and kitchen furniture.
Additional Services if needed:
Windows washing.
Refrigerator: $15-$50 depending on the size and condition (we remove the shelves, vacuum, wash and disinfect the interior of the fridge, wash the shelves, dry them and put everything back together.)
Oven deep cleaning and degreasing: $30-$40 depending on the size and condition
Stove/cook top deep cleaning and degreasing: $20-$50 depending on the size and condition
Stove Vent Hood deep cleaning and degreasing: $20-$150 depending on the size and condition
